Junior Sessions

Junior youth sessions run weekly on Wednesdays and Fridays 4:30-6:30pm for children age 5-11yrs.

Each session is run by a team of qualified, experienced play and youth workers.

Activities are designed and delivered to ensure that young people can participate in a range of activities that ensure they are ‘literate for life’ by arranging our programme around our 5 key themes.

We offer educational support, social and emotinal development, play and physical opportunities as well as cultural and creative activities.

Fridays are Wheeley Friday, children can bring their scooters (manual only), skateboards and roller boots and join in the roller disco while letting off some steam.

There are a variety of activities throughout the week to suit any children's interests, please see our weekly programme.

During the warmer months we encourage the children to play outside in our natural play space. Our qualified forest school practitioner will run additional activities of cooking on a fire and outdoor learning on Saturdays.

Subject to successful applications we hope to have holiday schemes, organise local trips over summer, and offer meals at each session supporting children to access free nutritional meals and snacks at every session.
